AND PRODUCER STORES
Many farmers and food producers sell their products at their own stores or farm stands. Some are just a little corner at the farm. Others are charming stores, sometimes offering their neighbors products, as well. Each farm stand or store has a different personality, giving a glimpse into the personality of the owners. And, each farm stand or store has different dates and hours of operation. These operations offer a great opportunity to buy fresh food directly where it is produced. Look around, and see how your food is grown, raised, or produced.
The seasonal farm stands will open when they have enough product in the spring. This usually happens sometime in MAY, but is quite variable, depending on the farmers, their products and the weather. Some open as early as February and others not until June, or even July for berry stands. We will attempt to update these listings as we learn opening dates for the seasonal stands.
Many other farms produce food products, but do not have farm stands or stores of their own. You will find them listed under LOCAL FOOD PRODUCTS, where we will tell you where you can buy their products.

Farm Information:
We are a small blueberry farm located just south of Mount Vernon in Washington’s fertile Skagit Valley. During the summer harvest season our farmstand is open with ready-picked blueberries as well as U-Pick. Although we are not certified organic we do not use any pesticides or synthetic fertilizers on our farm. Please bring cash or check, as we currently are unable to accept credit cards.
