NOVEMBER 5, 2006 - SLOW FOOD FIELD TRIP AND TASTING OSPREY HILL FARM

We enjoyed a tour of the farm, followed by a yummy, and hearty, tasting of a variety of farm foods, prepared by Anna & Goeff Martin.

At Osprey Hill Farm "We raise rare chicken breeds as egg layers, sell duck eggs and seasonally raise heritage turkeys for meat. We also dress a handful of duck and goose each year." We all ordered our Thanksgiving turkeys right from the farm!

Osprey Hill Farm sells at the Bellingham Farmers Market.
