Owner and winemaker Jeff Hammer gave us a tour of his vineyard plantings and wine making facility. He explained the varietals growing here on the west slopes of the Cascades. He then treated us to a tasting of the full range of his wines. Some are estate grown, and many are crafted from grapes from Eastern Washington's finest vineyards.
